Project Processes

Stage 1

In the first stage, the appropriate cooling tower is selected from the tower products shelf. The tower is selected in accordance to consultant requirements (generally speaking), amount of water, capacity and area in which the tower will be installed.

Stage 2

In this stage, we decide whether to use open or closed circuit; this decision will be determined by the quality of water required for the consumers. Likewise, in the event that only clean water is required, there is an option to use an external heat exchanger.

Stage 3

After determination of tower model and type, all internal components will be determined in accordance to customer requirement and those set by our in house company tower planning consultants. Likewise, all technical specifications, explanations and drawings, thoroughly describing all tower components will be delivered.

Stage 4

After approval of all relevant materials, the structural plans will be sent to our plant, in Mabu’im. There, the tower will be assemble by experienced employees in designated stations.

 

Stage 5

At process completion, all possible checks will be made on the tower – noise level, balance, motor and pump amperage, volumetric flow rate, etc.

 

Stage 6

 

After completion of all testing, the tower will be supplied and connected to the relevant pipe work in the field. Performance of transfer, hoisting and installation of the tower will be performed by our company or a subcontracting company specializing in this type of work. At the completion of the installation, comprehensive testing will be performed, testing the efficiency of the tower and its matching the plans.

Stage 7

At the end of this process, the facility file noting spare parts required in inventory will be delivered, together with operating and maintenance instructions of the tower as well as explanations and the technical specifications of all components and contact sheet in the event of possible fault.
